For more than 20 years, benches at your Zoo have provided a way for families and friends to honour those they hold dear and commemorate meaningful life moments. Each bench holds a special and unique story and supports your Zoo’s critical conservation work.

With a $5,000 donation, you can dedicate a bench at your Toronto Zoo for 10 years and work with us to create a meaningful message for the plaque.

Please note:

• We currently have a waitlist for commemorative plaque opportunities, with limited availability. As new opportunities become available, we will reach out to those on the waitlist in the order that they joined
• When a plaque opportunity becomes available, we will help you select an existing bench for dedication and make every effort to place it in your preferred location.
• At the end of the 10-year dedication period, you will have the option to renew your bench at a discounted rate. If you decide not to renew, the plaque will be yours to keep, and we will ensure it is returned to you
